Shipping & Refund Policy
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $50. For all orders under $50 the shipping charges are calculated at checkout by the shipping provider. The standard shipping time frame for domestic orders are 2-5 business days door to door shipping.
We offer FREE international DHL Express shipping on all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 the shipping charges are calculated at checkout by the shipping provider. The standard shipping time frame for international orders are 3-14 business days door to door shipping with full tracking, which do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
International Taxes & Customs Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Conserving Beauty is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund. As DHL Express is a high priority service, you may be contacted prior to your order being released to notify you of any relevant fees that may be applicable to your purchase. Please note these charges are implemented by your countries government and are not associated with DHL Express. Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. We also accept replacements for faulty or damaged products.
Making a return or exchange for a product purchased from conservingbeauty.com is easy! Just make sure you send your unopened product(s) back to us within 28 days of receiving your order together with a copy of your order confirmation. Please notify us of your intention to return by emailing email@example.com to ensure it is processed in a timely manner. Please note shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. Customs duties, taxes and fees are non-refundable through Conserving Beauty. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
