Domestic Shipping 

We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $55. The standard shipping time frame for domestic orders are 2-5 business days door to door shipping.

Shipping to the United States

We offer FREE DHL Express shipping on all US orders over $100 USD. The standard DHL Express shipping timeframe is 2 - 5 business days. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. For orders under $100 USD we also offer $15 Flat Rate DHL Express Shipping. For all orders under $100 the shipping charges are calculated at checkout by the shipping provider. 

International Shipping 

For all orders under $100 the shipping charges are calculated at checkout by the shipping provider. The standard shipping time frame for international orders are 3-14 business days door to door shipping with full tracking, which do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

International Taxes & Customs Charges

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Conserving Beauty is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund. As DHL Express is a high priority service, you may be contacted prior to your order being released to notify you of any relevant fees that may be applicable to your purchase. Please note these charges are implemented by your countries government and are not associated with DHL Express. Refunds & Exchanges 

We accept replacements for faulty or damaged products.

- Claim must be made after 30 days of purchase

- All remaining items must be returned to Conserving Beauty for quality testing. Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
